Disconnecting electric connection and taking down of ceiling fan / Exhaust fan, air circulator fan (Wall mounted/pedestal fan) of any sweep complete carefully for overhauling, removing capacitor, split pins checking of bearings/bush, cleaning the fan blades with cleaning solution, replacing the unserviceable bearing, bush, capacitor , safety split pin and nuts, bolts, washer etc, cutting threading down rod if required, reassembling the ceiling fan complete after greasing/servicing, oiling testing the same making the fan in serviceable condition and refixing/ hanging the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, down rod, hanging clamps, will be paid under relevant item of this Schedule). Dismantling electric and water connection of the 25/50 ltr's geyser, taking down from its original position on ground, opening up and removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, checking for defects, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, syphon assembly, thermostat, rubber gasket etc., reassembling and installation of the geyser into its original position and connecting all electric and water supply connection and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (a) Inspection opening, dismantling, descaling, washing with chemical solution and cleaning of storage tank. (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank after cleaning at designed pressure. (c) Checking stopcock, pressure reducing valve etc to ensure free movement of their parts. (d) Replacing washers and glands of bib taps, stopcock and inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items (f) Checking functioning and correct setting adjustment of thermostat (g) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness. (h) The cost of fixing of parts under item No. 2 to 9 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under item 1 by the contractor. (i) Nut, bolts and hold fastners if required to be replaced shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. (j) All repairs shall be carried out on complaint basis. (k) The contractor shall collect the complaint slip from JE E/M by 1100 hrs daily (l) Payment for a geyser will be made only once through out the contract period irrespective number of repair carried out in same Geyser.

TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, and with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS round bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009) and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement underground XLPE insulated, armouredheavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, foundation of pole etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying local dry clean sand filling for cushioning in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying well burnt brick, sub class B old size in trenches, as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement in trenches, fixed to poles, wall/ laid in floor GI steel tubing medium grade 50 mm bore with fitting & GI clamps made out of 50 x6mm flat iron 02 Nos, bolt, nut & washers etc or wooden rubber bushing at the ends of complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, grouting with nut & bolts sheet metal box of size 100cmx75cmx40 cm fabricated made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and suitable of angle iron and M S flat and provn of 6 mm thick bakelite sheet for fixing of main switches and DBs with double locking arrangement incl one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl making good disturbed surfaces and taking down the unserviceable of wooden boxes all aas specified and directed by Engineer-inp-Charge.
