Removing the peeled of concrete or RCC walls / parapet walls/ceiling including chipping out and cleaning with wire brush to removal all loose particles and making good the corroded reinforcement by providing reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric of strengthening the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia and gunniting the area with a maximum pressure of 5 kg / sqm to a average thickness of 30mm in CM 1:2 and removig the debris from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) Reinforcement/welded wire fabric shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Testing shall be conducted for structural stability before and after carrying out the works

All as per item No 1.00 above, but in RCC columns / beams of average thickness 40 mm.

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed [Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down to water and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls including preparation of old or newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of birla putty complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg/Sq.m

Supply only deformed or twisted bars reinforcement bars any dia in available lengths

Demolition of textile covering over roof.

Material & labour for 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (one coat below and one over the membrane)

Material & labour for polymer modified bituminous membrane with sand witched polythene film water proofing 3 Kg/Sqm (pastifelt/ hyperplas/multiplas etc.,) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to groves with other laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour bitumastic gola filling in crumple joints, with 80/25 buitmen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight 8cm x 8cm at junction of roofing to vertcal surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix for 0.56mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing , over crumple joints fixed with coach scews and washers all as specified and directed including dismantling of old detoriated Sheets and removal of old unseviceable sheet from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & laobur for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of RCC roof side gutters not exceeding 600mm wide in high raised buildings including cleaning of RWP holes spouts and arresting the leakage by the side pipe by chipping off old concrete and applying concrete / cement mortar using with WPC and removing plants with roots and applying tar/acid to stop the plant to grow further making good to the surface of wall/roof etc and removing all the spoil to a distance exceeding 50M not exceeding 500M complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix false ceiling grid using GI perimeter channels of 0.55mm thick, having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and web of 27mm along the perimeter of the ceiling, fixed to wall with nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm intervals, GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm x 15 mm x 0.90mm supported with GI ceiling angle of size 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55mm fixed to soffits with steel expansion fasterners / GI cleat at 1220 mm intervals, ceiling section of 0.55 mm thick having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermidate channel with connecting clips and in directions perpendicular to the intermidiate channels at 457 mm centre to centre including fixing Gypsum board of 12.5 mm thick conforming to IS-2095: 1982 for false ceiling, fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centres and all as specified and directed including two coats of distemper paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling RCC in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 75mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) plinth portection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

Material & labour 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary form work
