Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following on surface of wall/cable tray as required

a)Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

c)Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

d) Upto 35 Sqmm Clamped with 1 mm thick saddle

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

a)Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making End termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 3.5 X 240 Sq. mm ( 62 mm)

b) 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45mm)

c) 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm)

d) 3.5 X 25 sqmm ( 28 MM)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular type switch, modular plate, suitable size G.I. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.(Group C)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a)Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, ISOLATOR suitable of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a)63Amp. FP

S/F of DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess along with 25/32 Amp., 240 Volt "C" curve DP MCB complete with connection, testing & commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.l. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing G.I. tape (with another G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required

Providing and fixing G.l. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Fixing of GI tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.l. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.l. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required

S/Laying of 3 x 2.5 sqmm copper conductor armoured cable on surface of wall i/c making connection , testing and commissioning etc complete as reqd.

Supplying and making End termination of 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm. Copper cond. Armoured cable with brass compression gland and copper lugs , makiing connections etc. as required.

Supplying and Fixing of MS cable tray made of suitable size MS angle/ MS stand made of suitable size C chanel for mounting the Panel, i/c cutting , welding , grouting , painting with powder coating and minor civil works etc complete as required.

S/F 20W LED tube fitting i/c connection with twin core copper wire, fixing with screws, complete testing etc. as required.

Measuring earth resistance of existing Earthing sets of Body /neutral/Lightning conductor Earthing i/c finding the earth pit location, watering earth station, hiring the earth tester with electrodes for testing of earth resistance with skilled manpower etc. as required.
