Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) One coat of aluminium reflective paint should be applied on APP after sealing the joints of APP.

Supplying & applying two coat fibre reinfoced UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied water prooving & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polyester/glass fibres over a coat of primer as per manufecture's instructions after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete all as per specified and directed . Note: The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. Make :- Berger-Roof Kool & Seal, Asian-Damp Proof Ultra, Pidilite-Roof Seal Ultra.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only. (ii) HDPE spout pipe 32mm bore of required length shall be provided and rates for same shall be included in above quoted rate.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, 25 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid matt finish ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kajaria (Matt finish)/Johnsons (Matt finish)/ Somany (Matt finish).

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X300X7mm/ 300X600X7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kajaria (Impression)/Johnsons (Elite Plus)/ Somany (Juene Glossy).

M & L for ceramic fully vitrified tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B Ia, glazed, polished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.22 sqm but not exceeding 0.40 sqm, minimum 8 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 16-18 mm thick granite of black colour (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of - (i) Moulding of front and side of slab including polishing. (ii) Granite shall be laid in single piece of any size with rounding of edge and a groove shall be provided beneath the projection portion of slab. (iii) Gas pipe hole should be provided in kitchen slab.

M & L for green marble work 16 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including laying over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion by roller white or tinted over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
