Checking and rectification of Substation Automation System installed at 220KV substation Nighasan. The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication.
Replacing the defective armourd optical fibre cable and splicing it if required any anywhere in the Ring.
Replacing the defective FO multimod patch cards of various types.
Checking the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switches
Checking the healthiness of LIUs and its communicating ports
Checking/ communication healthiness of MOD Bus RTU for various MFM meters
Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness.
Synchronising of GPS Clock.
Checking SLD of S/S to SCADA screen.
Re-installation of new backup of Runtime & Editor backup to SCADA. If needed.
Checking the healthiness of all protection relays communication to SCADA
Checking & re-asigning of all required events, alarms, numericals datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders.
Emergency attending problems related to SAS communication protocols like ,104,101, modbus, modbus TCP, DNP3 which are associated to SLDC communication. & attending the communication problems of fallowing elements like Modems, RTU, communication switches. For making healthy communication to SLDC.
