Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres. in Pick work & jumper work. including all lead and lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Stone filling under floor including ramming, consolidation, compaction including all lift of material and carriage as per site engineer in charge

Stone filling behind R/wall including all lift of material and carriage as per site engineer in charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all height. and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like. including all lead and lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in –Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth: Cu.M. including all lead and lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying granite stonein flooring 20mm(average)thicknessbase of cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 sand) laid over and jointed withgrey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade ofgranite stone i/c rubbing andpolishing complete. 20mm.thick . including all lead and lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Weep hole in brick masonary/stone/Plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall with 100 mm dia. PVC pipe extended the full width of the structure with slope including carriage of material in al kind of leads lifts and other incidentals

Steel work rivetted in built upsections includingcutting,hoisting, fixing, in position and applying a primingcoat of red lead paint . In grating,Framed guards,bars,leddersrailings,brackets & similar works including carriage of material in al kind of leads lifts and other incidentals

Providing and laying heavy duty recast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for 60mm thick inter locking blocks: including all lead and lifts of the material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

15mm Cement lime plaster insingle coat,on the rough sideof brick/stone walls forinterior plastering upto floor two level includingarrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or roundedangles not exceeding 80mm ingirth and finished even andsmooth.
