Guide handles to be provided with rubber bushings for safe handling Tray (Removable) to be provided in the bottom( with Stainless steel plate of minimum 3mm thick), To be provided with minimum 3 coat of rust proof painting, Wheels to be provided with locking arrangement to arrest movement while overhauling is done. Castor wheels with minimum width of wheels 40mm, with center to center distance between wheels 70cm (to be guided through- guides on floor), capabale of rotating 360 degrees, Special attachments for attaching the engine to the fixtures also to be provided. Degreasing Tank 1000L Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Degreasing tank with capacity 1000L. (1000X1000X1000mm) MOC SS 304. To be provided with drain option from bottom centre with slope, with 40NB SS ball valve for 100% drain of the liquid from the tank. Minimum thickness of the tank, 5mm. To be welded and passivated. Mounted on SS 304 interconnected supports using 50mm square tubes, heavy duty, height 400 mm from bottom. With level adjustable arrangement. Bottom plates to be of width 100mmX100mm. Top flanges of minimum width 50 cm.
