S&F second class hard wood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps as in soffits of gutter, eves board fixed with nails, etc. complete all as specified

S&F 0.63mm thick glavanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hook bolts and washers in roofs with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified

S&F Plain Aluminium sheeting 0.71mm thick, Alloy 31000H4 in ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with, 'J' or 'L' type hooks as in roofs.

S&F AC two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with 'J' or 'L' type hooks complete.

M&L for Mangalore pattern roof tiles interlocking at side joints laid dry.

M&L for repairing surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces, new or old of any description and girth and treated with one coat of creosote all as specified.

Taking down of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, plaster, tarfelts etc and removal of dismantled materials complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendeing 15 mm thick on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1: 4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including WPC as per manufacturers instrs (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid Water Proofing compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manu-facturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :-(a) Applying oil bound Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.25 Litre per Sqm.(b) Applying a layer of APP modified water proofing membrane; 4.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 4 Kg Per Sqm (reinforced with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre having softening point not less than 1400C longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180N by torque application. The side overlaps shall be minimum 100mm and end overlap shall be minimum 150mm. (c) Applying one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 grade over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoine, arches, pillar etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1;4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces of walls includingpreparation of surface complete all as specified
