Annual Contract for Painting works of Plant and Non-Plant Buildings 2022-23

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:<br>With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)(The required cement shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches,scaffolding at all heights etc. complete.

Removing wood polish/varnish and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches,on furniture,wood work etc. complete.

Finishing walls with primer of all kind like water thinnable cement primer/ white cement of required shade on New work (Two or more coats) at all heights excluding the cost of cement primer as per the instruction of company representatives including all tools,scaffolding,tools,labour,tackles etc.<br>(The required primer shall be issued by Company at our stores)

Painting New walls/surface already prepared walls with 2 coats of plastic/acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour, including scaffolding at all heights,tools,labour,tackles but excluding cost of paint as per the direction of company representatives.(The required paint shall be supplied by company at our stores), Two coats

Wall painting with water proofing cement paint/plastic emulsion/acrylic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:<br>One or more coats on old work,including repair to scratches, scaffolding at all heights,tools,labour,tackles, but excluding coat of paint(The required paint shall be supplied by company at our store)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint/acrylic/plastic emulsion of required shade:<br>Old work ( one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat,labour,tools and tackles,scaffolding at all heights(The required primer/Paint shall be supplied by company at our store).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade including all labour,tools,tackles,scaffolding at all heights excluding cost of paint:<br>One or more coats on old work.(The required paint shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Applying priming coat:<br>With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)to give an even shade including all labour,tools,tackles,scaffolding at all heights but excluding cost of primer:-<br>Two or more coats on new work.The required wood primer shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all labour,tools,tackles,scaffolding at all heights but excluding cost of paint:-<br>Two or more coats on new work.The required enamal paint shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats)/Deg guard at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface,all labour,tools,tackles,scaffolding at all heights etc. complete but excluding cost of primer/paint(The required primer/paint shall be supplied by KMML at our store).<br>On concrete work.

Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall/finished ceiling surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including all tools and tackles,labour,scaffolding at all heights but excluding cost of putty.(The required putty shall be supplied by company at our store)

Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work,including application of sealer,wax,all labour,tools tackles etc,but exluding cost of varnish.(The required varnish shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture:<br>Old work,including apply sand paper,repair to scratches,tools,labour,tackles, but excluding coat of polish(The required polish/paint shall be supplied by company at our store)

Labour charges for R.C.C chipping, repairing works of aluminium / steel doors / windows / ventilators and other related works in connection with aluminium fabrication and assosiated works proper finishing for Helper
