Special Repair to roof treatment of bldg No P-01 of LOI at CG Complex under GE Ludhiana

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles sinlge layer including any treatment on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from outside of defence land complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding incl mixing water proofing compound or equivalent make specified in Appx 'B' as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note. water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L rendering 10mm thick on roof surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule).

M&L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @ .30 Kg/Sqm applied hot completed all as specified.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid on after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per Sqm by forced application including making grooves in parapet complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on Screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) 15mm thick finished even and fair and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% 0f crude oil by weight of cement completed all as specified.

All as per item No 8 but except tiles.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked .

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plane exc 6cm mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (of any size and patern), incl all fittings and, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accesaries)

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats cement base paints on walls complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.'

All as per item No 21 but 20mm bore.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

All as per item No 23 above but 20mm bore.

S&F in repairs ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythylene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore pipe.

S&F Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks 500 litres (Cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min wt 210 grams) complete including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing to store complete all as per specified in SSR Pt-1.

S&F Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks 1000 litres (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min wt 210 grams) after dismantling of old water tank all as per specified in SSR Pt-1.

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle etc complete fixed.

S&F in repairs stop valves 20mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle etc complete fixed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Dismantling Asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof covering all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

S&F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof and wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
