The cleaning and house keeping ofMattanchery Town Hall building shoukd be carried out as per frequency given in Annexure-A and B by using adeuqte No. of specified machineries and equipments. The contractor my have to use the suitable cleaning and washing detergents/Reagents etc.

Cleaning of Buildign :Cleaning of Doors/window frames and shutters : Different type of paneled or grazed doors/windows like wooden, Aluminiu, Galvanized sheet of doors, fire rated door etc shall be cleaned by suitabe (wet or dry or bothe) cleaning methods as per frequentcy. No scratches or dameges shall occur on thesurface being cleaned

Claning classes Fixed to the doors, windows, ticket counters etc.: the glass surface ahall be cleaned gently with wet/dry cleaning methods as per freequenty given in the scope of work(A) Shile cleaning the high raised glass surface proper care should be taken so that no crackes/brackages occur, shitable detargent/reagemts to be used for ceaning

Cleaning of Stainless steel/miled steel/pvc hand railing :Stainless Steel/miled steel/PVC hand railing provided to the stain cases/balconies etc to be cleaned along with the balusters by we/dry cleaning methods, While cleaning no damage shall be occur to the cleaning surface

Cleaning of suspended ceiling : Different type of ceiling like Arm strong Ceiling, gypsum ceiling etc to be cleaned with suitable method and specified equipments. This activity should be carried out with due care, while cleaning no computers or other personnel should be affected while cleaning no damage to be occured to the cleaning surface

Cleaning of Pavement: : Pavement of concrete blocks, stone blocks etc to be cleaned by using dry sweeping or any suitable method, which is provided along with service roads/circulating area/parking area. Proper safety signage is to be used while cleaning to avoid any accident. No traffifc movements to be affected due to cleaning operations

Cleaning of tree guards wherever provided is to be cl;eaned by using suitabe methods. The painted surface should not be deteriorated while cleaning

Claning of Mirros : The mirror should be cleaned neatuy with suitable methods. The due care should be taken about the breakage of Mirron or deterioration of its grassiness

Claning of lighting Fixtures and Accessories :

Cleaning of Fans : All type of fans provided in varios lacation are to be cleaned as p[er the frequency given in shcedule of work. No impressions should ramain of fan body and fan blades. While cleaning the fastering shold not get loosened which supports the ceiling fans

Cleaning of Air Conditioners grills : All ty[e of Air-conditioners like window type, split type, packge type etc. are to be cleaned by using suitable cleaning tmethods as per the frequency given in shcedule of work. All safety preaurtions need to be taken while cleaning Electrical Equipments only outer body of equipmets along with louver etc are to be cleaned

Cleaning of furniture provided in all rooms/offices : The different type of furniture provided in all rooms/office building are to be cleaned as per freequency by suitable methods

Cleaningand sanitation of bathrooms and Toilets : The bathrooms and toilets in the building premis are to be cleaned and to be kept neat and in hygenic econditions. Necessary disinfectant is to be used for cleaning of toilets/urinals/wash basins and floorings. Liquid soap, toilet issues, odozoies etc to be provided on consumable basis as and when required at the cost of contractor. these items should be made available in the adequeate quantity at various ,places in the bathrooms and toilets etc

Removal /disposal of garbage/debries/wate : The collected garbage/debries/waste shall be disposed off to the Kochi Municipal Corporation approved locations ion closed conditions without causing inconvenience to anybody. The Contractor shall submit necessary Procedure for removal/disposal of garbage/debris/waste for approval. the garbage/debris/waste may be required to be disposed several times in a day
