Earthwork in excavation foundation trenches in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt clay gravel murrum of all varieties shingles pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, ordinary soft rock, disintegrated rock fissured rock shuttered decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under Appendix "A" to those specification either in full or parts as the case may be by mechanical means (Hydraulic excacator)/ Manual means or adopting any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. in all conditions including shoring strutting etc and as directed by the Engineer in - Charge including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soft/rock to be levelled & neatly dressed including pumping and balling of water barricading danger lighting guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge including all heads and lifts etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of forms for: a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

b) vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) C) In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of forms for: (xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member

12mm cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement ; 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement

12mm cement plaster 1: 4 (1 cement ; 4 fine sand)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking to a distance of 4kms. 1) 450mm dia RCC full round pipe

Conveying carefully from stack at site, 250m from both sides rolling and lowering into trenches, laying and jointing true to line and level, RCC spun pressure and non pressure pipes of various classes, specials including collar and perfect linking of joint with jack to correct position including cost of jointing material in cement mortar 1:2, necessary hydraulic testing, curing of cement mortar etc. complete. g) 450mm dia RCC full round pipes

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and laying upto floor five level pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 Coarse sand) including smooth finishing the exposed surfaces, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including centering and shuttering etc. a)Kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge B) 75 mm dia

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.
