M & L for aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles, DNB insulator and fixing screws etc., for roof conductors and down condutors, complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs for TEST POINT TERMINAL box of size 175x120x80 mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 125 mm long hexagonal head screwed with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long, hexagonal head screw, complete all as directed and as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L, for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm (upto 7.5 metre in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth test result should not less than one ohm.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge earth plate not less than 1.5m below GL. connected to GI earthstrip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel earth wire protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified with & including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit and precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab of size 300x300x50mm, with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C bothways with handlemade out of 10mm dia bars, GI funnel, wire mesh,strainer, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layer including necessary earth work on any type of soil and removal etc, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I. Note: Rate quoted deemed to be included excavation and earthwork in any type of soil with PCC type C1 in pit PCC cover and other arrangement, complete all as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe 15mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall be in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level, complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panell including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earthing test result should not be less than one Ohm.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long, with DNB insulators, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs GI strip of size 25x4mm for lightning conductor laid in trenches/floor including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, DNB insulators and hylem sheet block, complete all as specified and as directed.
