Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in foundaion and mass filling complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete in all respect as specified and directed

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete in all respect as specified and directed

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for 55-60mm thick coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15659/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing new un decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of white wash complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing barbed wire of any description and size complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down of mild steel iron gate of any description, shape etc. and after repairing, welding refix in the same opening exceeding 2 Sqm and not exceeding 3 Sqm each leaf (Note: Members required for repairing will be measured and paid under separate item)

Earth work in excavation for post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 0.50 cum each hole, getting out, returning & filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25cm depth, watering and ramming & removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for joist, channel, angle, flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, holes, cuts etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) using Fe410-W (Gde E-250) quality A for fencing post or similar type of work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F chain link fencing made out of 3.15mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 75mm X 75mm size, made upto into mattress or cages, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) fixed independently including hooking ends for fixing chain link fencing as in bearing bars complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not, 11 to 15 mm dia and exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of new undecorated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) any section posts embedded in concrete work, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and directed.

Fixing only barbed wire of any description and size as retreived against here-in-after/before including straightening of old barbed wire, new mild steel clips, barbed wire etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old decorated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boluder masonry, built in cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edges) brick tile in floors, channel, kerbs, drain approns laid bedded and jointed in any mortar etc. including necessary excavation , grass cutting, cleaning of running or dry drain filled with of any type of blockage etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains n. exc 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated with in a lead of 50 m soil all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick sub class B, Class designation 75 old size bricks, laid flat in floors, walls or of similar types, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per items No- 32 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning of old bricks complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for brick sub class B, Class designation 75 old size bricks, laid on edge in floors, walls or of similar types, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for 450mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 and jointed complete with collars complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in slabs suppoted on walls, beams, and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for deformed TMT steel bars 6mm dia to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains 150/100 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing cast iron sluice valve 100/80mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron (DI) pipes 150 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 as per IS:8329-2000 and other relevant standards including material and labour for push on EPDM/SBR Rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- DI fittings and earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

Material and labour for DI fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tees, Branch (Single or double branch), connecting pieces etc., any type and angle/ radius etc., confirming to IS 9523-2000 for DI Pipe upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS : 14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete including removing of old unserviceable one of following bore size complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x1200 mm internal dimensions, 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work 230 mm thick, brick work in CM (1:6), PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for horizontal boring under roads for insertion of pipes upto 150 mm bore by manual drilling complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cutting of CI/DI pipe 100 mm dia carefully in position for repairs or inserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc; complete all as specified and as directed.
