Consultancy Services for design and preparation of BOQ for Radiant floor heated type CHS plant for KLP accn at 22 WEU at Leh. The design conditions are:- (i) In side designed condition (+) 20° C (±) 2° C (ii) Minimum Outside temp (-) 30° C The above works included under mentioned item of works:- (a) Heat load calculation considering the complete heat load of exist bldgs. (b) Preparation of drawings for layout of radiant floor heating/ FCUs/Towel radiators as per Appx ‘B’. (c) Preparation of drawings for layout of glycol mixture supply and return pipe line. (d) Preparation of site plan duly marked with existing external service and proposed services for CHS plant. (e) Design to calculate size of pipes, pumps, Oil fired boiler, FCUs alongwith specifications. (Contd/---)

(f) Preparation of BOQ of CHS plant system complete as per MES format of mechanical, electrical, civil and allied works duly supported with rate analysis based on quotation/price list as per details given at Appx'B'. (g) Layout of plants eqpts of plant room with internal electrification plan. (h) Layout drg of CHS system. (j) Site survey. Note :- 1. The complete designe should be vetted from IIT. 2. The bidders are reqd to visit the site before quoting the rate to access the actual reqmt of work. 3. The site plan and bldg drawings required to be conditioned is attached at Appc ‘C’
