(a) Qty 03 PTTs and 01 FMS are to be upgraded to FMS standards (Version 11i). (b) Hardware and Software modifications as per latest available operating system. (c) Upgrade of projection system for Field Environment Visualisation System (FEVS) with increased resolution (1980 x 1240 pixels) and quantity of colours (16 million). (d) Integration of new indigenous weapons that have been inducted/ proposed to be inducted in the fleet. (e) Should include all latest/ on date modifications to ensure that the procedures for the aircrew is standardised as per the aircraft capability. (f) Upgrade FMS should be integrated with User defined sensors. (g) Should cater as per Su-30MKI existing flight envelop. (h) Life of upgraded simulators needs to cater for minimum 20 years life for which support of the vendors is to be provided in termsof warranty/ product-support/ obsolescence management/ AMC. (j) Upgraded simulators should utilise the existing infrastructure (bulding) and should not require creation of additional infrastructure (bulding). (k) Future Upgrade Capacity (FUC) of the upgraded simulator.
Comprehensive AMC Cost (Annual Maintenance Cost) For Qty-03 PTTs and Qty-01 FMS for a period of Five years.
