Taking down existing street light/flood light carefully (any capacity ,any type) from pole carrying out repair work at site including replacement of unserviceable/ defective drivers,other small parts such as nuts,bolts,etc and re-fixing on same location or any other location compete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If any major repair is required, attending complaints and replacement of any nature in street light network at any point of time, the items shall be replaced with respective item of sch 'A' is deemed to be inclusive (ii) Tools, ladder, Crane,Janny and other vehicles required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iv) Contractor should ensure all the street lights are functional before leaving the staton and rep of contractor should check after all the street lights are switch ON after rendering completion to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis . (v) The Contractor/rep shall check the servicability of all the street lights under the mentioned areas of contract once in a week and inform to JE/AGE. The unservicability of any street light shall be made servicable within two days of complaint report. (vii) A penalty of Rs 1000.00 shall be imposed if the unserviciability reported above 25% of total lights.

Supply and fix in replacement, LED street light fitting 70 watts energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and not less than 110 lumen per watt and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device compete all as specified and directed

(iii) Contractor or his rep has to attend the complaint as soon as he recieves a call regarding the complaint verbally/telephonically or any other means otherwise a plenty of Rs 1000 per hour shall be imposed thereafter. (iv) Contractor should ensure to rendering completion of all attended complaints to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis . (v) Restoration of one complaints to be measured as one job irrespective of number of complaints for the same work. (vi) Attending the fault/complaint and rectification of this fault will be considered as one complaint. The spare parts/items required for rectification will be measured in the respective item of schedule.

Note: (i) The T&P shall be arranged by the Contractor. (ii) A penal recovery of Rs 1500/- will be imposed per week if fail to do so.
