Excavation of earth for pipe line Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be done in ordinary soil and rest 25% will be done in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders

Design, testing bearing capacity of soil and construction of R.C.C. (1:1½:3) semi sunk sump/Clear Water Reservoir of following capacities in K.L. including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with construction of all valve chambers, supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes of size equal to sizes of inlet and outlet pipe line, making bye pass arrangement, fixing of overflow pipe in outlet pipe/distribution system, fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole of size 1 m x 1 m as per norms, water level indicator, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank, fixing of railing around top dome, construction of 90 cm width PCC apron with drain around the CWR and colour washing of approved class snowcem including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing of chlorinating arrangement of 25 litre capacity over CWR roof slab. Including supply of all materials & labours as per type design & drawing complete.

Design, drawing, testing bearing capacity of soil & construction of Pump House of size 7.0x6.0x4.0 m made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. flat roof at (Chakriya pumping station i.e. MPS (At Bilkhet), (at Dhadukhal) and (at Banekh) and other appurtenant works with construction of cantilever beems for supporting of ISMB girder and chainpully including construction of pumps foundation as per drawing issued by the department at the time of execution including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete with cartage of materials as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Design, drawing, testing bearing capacity of soil & construction of Staff Quarters (Type-II) made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. flat roof at MPS (AtChakriya) and other appurtenant works including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete with cartage of materials as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Survey, design, supply, cartage & laying, jointing, Welding, testing & commissioning of following dia and thickness M.S. E.R.W. Pipe (YST-210) by welding (by 20 KVA Generator) conforming of to IS: 1387- 1967, IS 1978 – 1982 & IS 816: 1969 including painting of pipe from outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats, making necessary connections for pumps and sump cum CWR at MPS and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing Tee and gate valve etc. complete. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and testing of supplied materials etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per direction, satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge after painting two coat of anti corrosive paint over one coat primer and testing of pipe line complition of work.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded incement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with 01/05/2012 - 1horizontal wires, of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. Part B (E&M Works)

Construction of 1No. 200mm dia, 120Mt. deep Tubewell

Construction of Tube well by ODEX Rig Machine in the strata of large Boulder and hard stone area from G.L to 120.00MBGL to lower the assembly of 200mm dia to get sand free minimum yield , complete as per following work at site.

(i)Transportation of Odex Rig Machine, with Compressor, O.P. Unit and other relevant T & P upto site of work and back after completion of work.

(ii)Drilling of bore 225mm dia with sinking of 200mm dia pipe by ODEX system from G.L. to 120Mt. B.G.L.

(iii)125mm dia DTH bore

Supply of Tubewell assembly.

(i)Supply of 200 mm dia M.S.E.R.W. plain fincut pipe 7.1mm thick.

(ii)Supply of 200 mm dia M.S.E.R.W. perforated fincut pipe 7.1 mm thick.

(iii)200mm dia casing shoe of EN-24 steel.

(i) Erection and lowering of O.P Unit.

(ii) Development by O.P unit to get 170 LPM Send free discharge.

(iii) Dismantling of O.P unit and site clearance.
