Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel Grade & shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyester top coat of 18-20 microns on one side / outer side. The PPGI Sheets / PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation. Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
