Urgent fabrication joining and fitting of dismantling joint and by pass

Dismantling of damaged sluice valve (dia =8’’) on the delivery side of rising main and placing it on safer side of the pump house. The job includes fabrication of new dismantling joint at sluice valve place by way of: a). fabrication of flanged dismantling joint 8’’ dia having pipe length of 1’ (t=6 mm) and two flanges having inner diameter 8’’ (t =13mm), welded at both ends of this pipe length. B). fabrication of by-pass arrangement system out of GI pipes having following speciation’s as : I). total overall length of GI Pipe = 6’ ii). Dia of GI pipe= 1.5’’ iii). Elbow (dia 1.5’’) = 02 No. Iv). Gate valve Heavy duty make =01 N0. Job includes making of 02 No. suitable size holes on the delivery line by using oxy acetylene gas cutter at site after proper washing out the rising main by using portable dewatering pump at site. c). Reassembling, joining & fitting back already fabricated flanged dismantling joint in place of already existing sluice valve involving use of two number (dia=8’’) rubber gaskets , 16 No. bolts of assorted size. The job also includes fitting of the fabricated by pass arrangement at delivery side of this pumping unit. The job involves use of DG set and highly skilled labourers for the fabrication of dismantling joint and by pass arrangement system as per requisite measurement at the respective site. The job also includes testing of this arrangement system on full load showing satisfactory result at said LIS.
