Chipping the existing plastering, and disposing the debries 1 Km away from the site including cost of all materials, labour charges , lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Plastering with C.M 1:3, 10mm thick including cost of cement all materials labour, lead, lift, curing,T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick with water proof compound including cost of cement all materials labour, lead, lift, curing, T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

White washing Two coats with white cement including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Painting the outside wall with two coats of best quality exterior emulsion of approved colour over a interior primer coat of all materials, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Painting the inside walls with two coats of best quality interior emulsion of approved colour over a interior primer coat of all materials, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Painting with ready mix enamel paint the old iron work two coats of approved colour including cost of all materials, labour charge, lead, lift. T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of sunshade with 25x25x2mm Square tube with Galvalume colour sheet of size 0.47mm thick including cost of all materials, labour charge, cutting & welding, lead, lift. T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
