Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. :All kinds of soil.

Disposal of Excavated earth/rock Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking of lead 15 Km.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Finishing walls with appex exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 1000 metres ( EExcavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.)

Disposal of Excavated earth/rock Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking of lead 15 Km.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

For Grading II Material

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 Cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M 20 Kerb with Channel (Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408) Using Concrete Mixer

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire (@ 32 Kg/ 10 Sqm) conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction
