Seismic Instruments- Supply and installation of Strong Motion Accelerograph 3 Nos (1 Set) in 9 dams with built in acquistion module, GPS Set pole & antenna, data logger, cables and other accessories as required and as per Technical specifications and connecting to the data logger system for obtaining the data in the data centre. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

RELATED SERVICES DURING INSTALLATION PERIOD- Vibrating wire Read out unit for all vibrating wire sensor , during installation to take initial reading

Providing and installing Data Collection Unit and Transmission equipment including installation of Data Acquisition System with enough channels for connecting the instruments for telemetry as per technical specifications clause 4, so as to collect the observations from attached sensors, process the same and store them into its memory and data shall be transmitted to the Central Control room provided at Dam Safety Head Quarters, Thiruvananthapuram conforming to the specifications. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Providing and Establishing Central Control Unit including installation of Data Acquisition Systems as per technical specifications clause 4, at Dam Safety Head Quarters Office located at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (excluding cost of Civil works) and shall include supply of all accessories such as Servers, Display units, IT set-up including backup servers etc. and connecting all the data collection units established at Field units for compiling the data collected at collection units for storage and retrieving when ever found necessary and shall be conforming to the specifications. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Related Services During Warranty / Comprehensive Operation and Maintenace Contract Period- Charges for related services during the Warranty including cost for comprehensive operation and maintenance of entire network for 5 years. The cost shall also include cost of all spares required to be replaced and training to be imparted during the period as per Conditions of Contract .
