Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter), in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. : Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (One Cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone filling behind retaining wall, breast wall stone boulder of size range 5 cm to 20 cm (Five centimeter to Twenty centimeter) in recharge pit in the required thikness 20 cm (Twenty centimeter) in trench plinth side of foundation etc. complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
