Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (mixed as per manufacturer direction ) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding over a one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer (slurry will be prepared as per manufacturer direction) as to be applied for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately. 2. Material and labour for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat @ 1.2 kg/Sqm using 85/25 grade of industrial hot blown bitumen on primed surface of roof by applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Demolition of lime concrete in floors and paving exe 15 cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any othet loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate)as in concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75mm shall be provided at junctions between roofs, floor and vertical faces of walls (parapet, pillar for water tank staging and sunken floor) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners mixed with Liquied water proffing compound (as per manufactur direction ) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately..

Material and labour for Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface for sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating will be done for ponding upto 48 Hrs and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n. Exc 1.5 M wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for poles, laying under ground HT cable, GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned (consolidated) thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of road /hard standing as required at site, not exceeding 20 cm width and not exceeding 90 cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including insert the cable inside pipe making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 up to the existing surface level and make good complete all as directed.

Supply and laying GI tube light grade 50 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole for protection of cable while fix on pole or HT pole structures pipe tightend with D type steel clamp, washers, nut, bolt etc.

Labour only for removing existing Geyser fitted on married Accn and keep in safe custody after repairing work of wall like plastering and painting Re-fixing the same geyser on position including providing new anchor fastner of suitable size and making connection with new hot & cold water connection pipe as per IS specified all as specified at site by Engineer in charge . Note :- The cost of connection pipe of hot & cold water are deemed to be included in the quoted rates . The T &P required to remove the geyser and Re-fixing the geyser included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing brass chromium plated sink mixer for hot and cold water suitable for 15mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod patern springs, including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- An amount of Rs 363160.80 will be deducted from the total quoted amount to arrive at the acceptance amount of the tender.
