Providing, Installation and Commissioning of Powder Coated and CNC fabricated heavy duty (out of 16 G SWG CRCA sheet) electric control panel for automation System which includes PPLC (Pre-Programed logic controller) with appropriate digital / analog inputs and outputs to give automatic command to Star Delta Starter / Energy Saving Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) with by pass star delta starter with Real time switch clock to control set ofc Submersible Pump of Rating 12.50 HP comprising of 3 Pole MCCB, comprising of 3 Pole MCCB, Spreader Links, Rotary Handles, current transformers (CT's). Having Protections and Features : Short Circuit (MCCB on Mains incoming) , Electronic over Current and under current (Sensor-less Dry Run), Pump Stalled, Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Current sensing Single Phasing, Reverse Phasing, Phase Asymmetry, Phase Imbalance and provision for High Temperature as well as Moisture protection. Features: Cyclic running of both pumps, Over ride of faulty pump by healthy pump of Voltage, Ampere of pump, ⁠ Real Time Switch Clock control, One touch calibration of all pump parameters, Auto/Manual modes, Audio alarm for faults, Pump run hours display, Pump last five faults display, Anti Jamming feature. with upto date amendment complete in all respect including all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
