M&L for removing electrical connections of 3 / 4 pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps, 415 V, 50 HZ of make L&T / C&S / GE / ABB, strip opening of the ACB, inspecting the parts for serviceability / overhauling complete and carrying out following repairs / maintenance :- a) Cleaning insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. b) Checking alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. c) Checking the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tight, replacing worn-out parts. d) Checking arc chutes for damage and replacing damaged parts. e) Cleaning and lubricating the operating mechanism with light machine oil (SAE-20 or 30) for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for wearing surfaces, adjusting breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual, replacing the same if there is excessive wear and tear. f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. g) Replacing worn or burned contacts, Checking control device free for operation. h) Checking after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional. Note : (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts / bolts / washers / pins etc. (ii) Major spares like contacts, shunt trip coil, relays, CTs etc if replaced, shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Maintenance and attending complaints / breakdowns at Nirman park, 104 Area and SVN Colony area comprising of LT panels, over head lines / underground LT cables up to main distribution boards at buildings including day to day maintenance of LT panels / Perimeter lights for smooth & trouble free LT power supply including rectification of minor defects to electrical controls gear / accessories as directed by Engr-In -charge. Note : Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (a) Attending minor repairs / breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Rate shall include cost to provide tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs, PVC tapes, including issue / maintaining Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs / Break downs involving S&F of materials such as cables, Joints, MCCBs etc are outside the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician / Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (e) On completion of the task /attending break down, necessary Job card duly signed by the stake holder shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 m length, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, benching and the like etc. including necessary formwork & demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of LT panel board canopy, door, body etc. made out of 2 / 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly power coated with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with removable door hinges, neoprone gasket and locking arrangement, including welding work for fixing the door complete all as directed. Note:-Unit rate quoted shall be considered to include hinges, locking arrangement, neoprone gasket etc reqd for one LT panel. Contactor shall quote their rates accordingly.

M & L for excavating existing cable of size 10/16/25 Sq mm to 120 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core & taking out from its loop of length 3 to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination at end and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with new aluminium lugs of suitable size and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work
