M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment along external wall/internal wall of the rooms inclulding jambs of door/windows, inside cupboards where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion as arrived in 12 mm dia bit hole upto depth of 300 mm from 0.5 mtr centre to centre internal.

Taking down wall plastering finishes etc, all as specified.

Demoliton of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for chajja & the like.

S&F MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent shape required, including cranking , bending, hooking etc and binding with MS wire 0.9mm dia(annealed.

Formwork to sides & soffit of cantilevers overhang etc .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement.

M&L for 25 mm thick Black Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

S&F in repair sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460 mm, bowl size 410mm x 330 mm x 160 mm and PVC waste pipe of 32mm bore and of suitable length, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 15mm bib taps cast copper alloy CP Fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match thick over cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 laid and jointed complete

M&L for glazed ceramic plain coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick (glossy finish) on walls/vertical surfaces including 10mm thick renderinjg in CM 1:4, all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard of bore 15 mm.

(Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)
