Providing, laying, Wearing 63 to 45mm ( Sixty three to forty five milimetre) nominal size Grading-2, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg. (Zero decimal two two five Kilogramme) per Square metres on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) compected thickness composed of Type-A 13.2 mm (Thirteen decimal two milimetre) to 5.6 mm (Five decimal six milimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 Cum. ( Zero point two seven Cubicmetres) mixed with penetration grade V.G-10 (Viscosity grade ten) Bitumen at the rate 14.6 Kg. ( Fourteen point six Kilogramme) per ten Square metres of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty / Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 and 511 of MORT&H specification including houling of material in all leads, lifts .as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer -in-Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental.The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, tolltax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification Clause 510 using Bitumen V.G. 10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg (Six point eight kilogramme premixed with 0.06 (Zero point Zero six)Cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in hot mix plant and laying manually mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8 - 10 tonne (eight to ten) tonnes capacity as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material, Labour and equipments required to execute the work to site of work complete in all respect.
