Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, fencing post including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality glazed ceramic floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutter 19mm thick plywood as in cupboard cabinet and shelf including of shutters, shelves and racks : including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S.piano hinges with necessary screws complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick shutters for doors, . Shelves racks and drawers etc in cupboards and similar works . Marine plywood conforming to IS: 710

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
