B/R Works:- Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Dismantling unframed timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as directed.

M&L second class hard wood in scantlings clean sawn timber framed work fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unframed fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc., under 40 Sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 300x200x6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1: 4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 2 sqm each and removing away all as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description not exceeding 1 sqm each and removing away all as directed.

S&F 35mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gaug, etc.( without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc. (with sash bars) with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitredand rebated sash bars, any numbers for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “Orissa pattern of size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550x400mm including cast iron brackets, waste coupling, PVC waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 15mm bore pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor as in waste/soil pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment oN walls including brooming down , applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including one coat of cement primer and 1mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as directed.

FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC casing capping not less than 20 mm width and 1.2 mm thick complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made PVC rectangular switch board with plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc including 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.
