| 1Dismantling - Carefully dismantling - a. old wall panels of current temporary structure. b. Any type of false ceiling c. MS Structure (As per site instructions of Banks Engineer) d. Any type of flooring (As per site instructions of Banks Engineer) as per existing site condition by mechanical means and disposing of all the unserviceable material & debris away from Bank's premises at a place permissible by the Municipal Corporation and staking the salvageable materials/items at place as directed, including required scaffolding, tools and tackles, at all lead & lift, etc. complete as directed by Banks Engineer. Note - (a) While carrying out the dismantling works care shall be taken to avoid the damages to the structural members viz. RCC Beam, Slab, etc. (b) Dismantling work is to be planned in such a way that it has least disturbance to the occupants using proper tools & machinery. (c) Tenderer shall inspect the site and assess the quantum of dismantling works involved before quoting their rate. (d) MS Structure and Flooring quantity may vary as per site conditions. Note - Rate shall be quoted considering the salvage value of the dismantled items. | |||||
| 2Brick work (Half Brick) - Providing and constructing half brick thick masonry brick work for internal partition wall in C.M 1:4. Providing proper key to the adjoining structure, raking the joints, curing, cleaning, lowering down & stacking the debris, carting away the same from the site to an authorised dumping yard, etc. complete all as directed by the Bank`s Engineer. Note - Approx. height of half brick wall required in this work will be 400mm. | |||||
| 3Plaster work - Providing and applying cement plaster in Cement Mortar of 1:4 proportion (1 part sand: 4 parts coarse screened sand) from 10 to 12 mm thick ,admixed with approved quality water proofing compound as per the manufacturer’s specifications over brick wall/RCC surface etc. complete as directed by Bank`s Engineer. | |||||
| 4Cement Mortar (approx thickness 50 mm) - Providing and laying cement mortar (1:4) of required thickness to match the floor level. Application of bond coat on chipped concrete surface shall be applied after proper cleaning of the concrete surface. Mortar shall be mixed appropriately as per manufacturer’s specification and applied when bond coats are still tacky. Proper moist curing to be done for the work. Gunny bags may be used for effective curing wherever possible. The rate shall also include providing and adding Polypropylene fibers to reduce shrinkage etc. complete as directed by Banks Engineer. | |||||
| 5Structural Steel work - Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing MS structure framework at site comprising of vertical members and horizontal members of approximate sizes Square Hollow Sections (SHS) 100mm x 100mm x 4 mm thickness, 72 mm x 72 mm x 3.2 mm thickness and 66 mm x 33 mm x 2.60 mm thickness, base plates of 150x150x10mm, 10mm thick stiffner and connection plates, complete fixed into RCC using Hilti make HIT - HY 170 Adhesive Anchor and HIT - V 5.8 Grade anchor rod or approved equivalent as per instructions of the Banks Engineer. The work shall include cutting, edge preparation, alignment, complete site welcing of HS sections, fixing of bracing and stiffner plates, erection in true line, level and plumb, non-shrink grouting below base plates, grinding and finishing of weld joints, sealing of hollow sections and application of two coats of red oxide primer followed by oil paint finish, complete as directed by Banks Engineer. The work shall include, installation of anchor plates, 16mm thick base plate with etc. as per site requirement. During execution of the work the necessary jack supports shall be provided. The supports can be removed after minimum 7 days of completing of work or as per the instructions given by the Banks Engineer. Note:- 1. Fabrication & erection as per site condition. 2. Sections mentioned in the description can be changed as per site conditions/requirements with the prior approval of Banks Engineer. | |||||
| 6Pre fabricated fibre-reinforced cement panels - Supply & fixing of 75 mm thk. pre fabricated fibre-reinforced cement panels of approved manufacturer of size 3000 mm length and 600 mm wide having Tongue & Groove joint system for walls and partitions. The panels are laid using approx. 0.80 mm thick G.I Floor and ceiling C-type channel of size 40 x 77 x 40 mm, hardware, Labour etc. Support of approved MS tubular pipe fixed as per site requirements and at a junctions of doors, for roof , windows and wall for strength. MS Pipes shall be fixed as per the given tender specifications. Panels Tongue & Groove joints and both the sides grooves are treated with fibre mesh tape and acrylic/polymer putty as per manufacturers laying procedure. The fixture should be joined together by tongue and groove method to ensure 100% leak proof. The rate includes slandered accessories required for Panel installation, labour and wastages etc. as a complete item of work excluding finishing etc. Walls and partitions laid as per specification laid down by manufacturer & should study companies installation system before quoting their rates. The rate shall include required scaffolding, tools and tackles, at all lead & lift, etc. complete as directed by Banks Engineer. Technical Specifications - Pre fabricated fibre-reinforced cement panels are sandwich panels, made of two fibre reinforced cement facing sheets, on either sides of a lightweight concrete core. The core is made from a mix of Portland cement, binders and silicaceous & micaceous material aggregate. These panels have a unique tongue and groove jointing system that facilitates rapid construction and are fully cured at the factory itself. These panels are of manufactured by using Flexo Board (FOB)/ Fibre Cement Board (NT). Note - MS work will be paid in different tender item. | |||||
| 7Damp proof coating - Providing and applying one coat of high performance two component elastomeric cementitious damp proof coating on walls from inside who have an external face exposed to the environment, of approved manufacture including scraping the existing paint, applying wall putty wherever required such as chipping/cracks, cleaning & preparing the existing surface, installtion of scaffolding whenever required. Rate shall include material and labour, tools and machinery etc. and shall include complete cleaning of all surfaces. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification etc. complete at all floor level complete as directed by Banks Engineer | |||||
| 8Glass blocks panel walls: Providing and fixing of Lattice clear glass brick wall of approved model with approx. dimensions of brick 19 cm x 19 cm x 9.5 cm thick, arranged in a grid or lattice pattern, creating a modular and geometric uniform look including installing with approved make adhesives or silicone sealent etc. complete all as directed by Banks Engineer. | 9Vitrified Flooring - Providing and laying matt finish full body vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness as per specification of the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08%, of approved brand and manufacturer & first quality in all colours and shade, laid in desired pattern as per approved drawing with average 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's specification including laying in required slope, grouting/filling of joint with approved make tile joint filler paste as per manufacturer's specification etc complete at all floor level complete as directed by Banks Engineer. Note: The rate shall include for all cuttings, wastage, proper finishing as per approved design and pattern of flooring.(Nothing extra on account of profit,wastage,loading, unloading and transportation, lifting will be paid) Any increase or decrease in cost of tiles shall accordingly be deducted or paid on the actual measured quantity as finished). i) Tiles of size: Approx.1200mmx800mm / 800mmx800mm / 1200mmX600mm / 1600mmX800mm X 600mmX600mm(Basic price of tiles is considered - ₹ 650/- per Sqmt) | |||||
| 10.1 | Wall cladding work- MCM Wall cladding (External façade cladding) - Providing & fixing in position, MCM wall cladding or any other approved make for both external and internal walls (as per drawings) from GL upto required height of dimensions 260mmx60mmx2mm or any other approved size as per directions of Bank's Engineer in approved colour, texture and finish. The work shall include fixing the wall cladding with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications, grouting, removal of excess grout, etc. all complete.
