BILL OF QUANTITIES

1.0 The Bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers,

Special Conditions of contract, Scope of Work, Technical Specifications etc.

2.0 Tenderer has to quote percentage above/below/at par the rates against BOQ amount given in Schedule ‘A’.

3.0 Tenderer has to quote percentage above/below/at par the rates against BOQ amount given in Schedule ‘B’

4.0 The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’, ‘B’ are for completed

and finished items of works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants,

labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification,

contractor’s profit, taxes and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings,

all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the

5.0 The Summary Sheet of Bill of Quantity is given in Annexure – 1. The bidder may note that the quote shall

be inclusive of all taxes, Except GST. The tax bifurcations is to be given in Annexure – 2 of the BOQ.

6.0 If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-

responsive and shall be rejected.

7.0 Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only. Tenderers are required to quote percentage

(%) above/below/at par in figures in the appropriate highlighted cell in the summary sheet.

8.0 Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per

contract conditions.

9.0 All the unit rates/ percentages should be filled in figures. In case of any discrepancy, the value provided in

words shall be treated as sacrosanct.

10.0 The work executed against all the BOQ items in Schedule ‘A’ & ‘B’ as detailed in tender document would be

paid on measurement basis.

11.0 The contractor may raise their “On Account” payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the

last day of the respective month.

12.0 In case of Schedule A item the description is given in brief and detailed description of item should be as

given in respective ie., DSR, AMC SOR, R&B SOR.

13.0 The financial bid is to be submitted online on https://tender.nprocure.com. The other relevant clauses of

submission of bid is clarified in ITT, Para / Clause D1 to D11

1. Having examined the site of works and Bid Documents, comprising Instructions to Bidders, Scope of

works, Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities I/we, the undersigned offer to

execute and complete such works and remedy any defects therein in conformity with the said bid

documents for the sum of Rs. (Refer Annexure – 1 ) or such other sum as may be ascertained in

accordance with the said Bid documents.

2. We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to commence the work from issuance of LOA / receipt of the order

to commence the work, and to complete and deliver the sections and whole of the works comprised in

the Contract within the period (i.e. 03 Months) stated in the bid hereto.

3. If our Bid is accepted, we will furnish Performance Security (ies) in the form of a Bank Guarantee to be

jointly and severally bound on us, in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

4. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of One Hundred & eighty (180) days from the last date

fixed for Bid Submission and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before

the expiry of that period.

5. We confirm our agreement to treat the Bid documents and other records connected with the works as

secret and confidential documents and shall not communicate information contained therein to any

person other than the person authorised by the Employer or use such information in any manner

prejudicial to the safety and integrity of the works.

6. Unless and until an agreement is prepared and executed, this Bid, together with your written

acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding Contract between us, but without prejudice to your right

to withdraw such acceptance without assigning any reasons thereof.

7. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any bid you may receive.

We attach herewith proof of submission of income tax returns along with profit & loss statement attached

with tax returns.

1 Clearing of the site including removal of bushes, vegetation, debris, loose soil, and unwanted

materials. The work includes site leveling, dressing, and disposal of surplus material as

2 Providing and constructing a RCC Precast compound wall of 2.5 m height along the site

3 Supply, fabrication, and installation of one Mild Steel (MS) main entrance gate approximately

6 meters wide,2.5m Height, including structural frame, sheet/pipe sections, hinges, locking

arrangements, anti-rust treatment, painting, fixing with necessary posts, foundation work,

and all accessories complete in all respects.

4 Providing and constructing plinth filling and plinth structure up to 0.5 m height for the

proposed shed covering 3000 sq.m area, including excavation, filling with approved

earth/murrum, compaction, PCC base, and necessary retaining work complete as per

satisfaction of Engineer incharge

5 Design, fabrication, supply, and erection of steel structural shed with roofing, including

structural steel columns, beams, trusses, purlins, roofing sheets, fasteners, anchor bolts,

bracings, painting, and all accessories complete as per structural drawings and technical

6 Construction 100mm thick brick masonry wall of 1.2 m height inside the shed , including

7 Providing and constructing peripheral drainage system of 0.3 m width and approximately

8 Providing and laying oil and chemical resistant industrial flooring (epoxy coated or heavy duty

tiled flooring) over 3000 sq.m area, including surface preparation, base treatment, epoxy

layers or chemical resistant tiles, grouting, finishing, and curing complete as per technical

specifications.

9 Providing and laying hard surface paving for open areas covering approximately 4000 sq.m,

including subgrade preparation, compaction, 50mm thick M10 PCC as specified, leveling, and Sqm 4000 300

finishing complete.

10 Construction of 4 nos. material segregation bays including brick masonry partition walls, PCC

flooring, plastering, and finishing suitable for storage and segregation of materials as per No 4 15000

approved layout.

11 Supply and installation of 10 numbers of lighting poles 5-6m height with foundations, fixtures,

wiring provisions, and associated miscellaneous works required for site illumination and No 10 10000

operational use, complete in all respects.

tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.

3 If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender,

other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
