Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil at Maphi Power house by stream line meethod dehydration plant including testing of sampes before and after dehydration and filteration. Dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydartion all as directied. Note :- (i) Test result before and after filteration to be recorded s per the sampleproved by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of making necessary connection and the connection to filteration plant from transformers and switchgear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule. Qty - 600 Supply and top up of insulation transformer oil conforming to IS 335 1993 latest amendments for relacing the oil in transformers with breaking capacity notless than 45kv all as specified and directed. Qty-120 Repair of transformer fins complete set suitable of cap 750 including bending the unserviceable fins from transformer and repair of the fins at site and welding, same to the transformer after replacement and making the transformer fully serivceable and fully functional after the replacement of the fins within the time as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Transformer oil wasted in the prcoess will be refilled upto the max marked levelled at transformer by the contractor after repair of the ins at No. Extra cost. Qty -1 Periodical maintenance of air break gang operated switches capacity 200 Amps fixed on two pole structure / four pole structure after taking down proper electric shut down with all precation from MPH tightening all iumpers, PG clamps, connection after taking.Qty-2 Repair of motorized fear charging system incl repair of electric motor greated type.Qty -2 M&L for calibration of HT VCB indoor type 11 KV with calibration of all protective devices or relay according to load, minor repair to wiring connector block etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Calibration is to be done by auth service person of OEM.Qty -6 Preparation of old painted surface of transformer by scrubbing out cleaning and painting with two coats of spray paint & one coat primer heat pesistant metallic smike grey paint complete metallitc painting (a) Transformer 160 KVA Qty -1 (b) Transforer 750 KVA- Qty-1 Repair to HT Panel having vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current reting up to 800 A by replacing. (a) Claning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals. (b) Cleaning of insulating paces of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as requied and recommended. (c) Checking the acring contract gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, read just recommended. (d) Replacing the fixed and moving contract if the thickness of contracts is not proper. (e) Cleaning the main contrats to remove carbon or some unwanted particls if sisibile. (f) Dismentling and cleaning the insul;ated surfaces and arcbarrier with CTC and CRC. (g) Checking / repair repalcement of all electrical wiring. (h) Checking of all parts of cadles for proper alignment and grasing etc. (j) Cleaning of buys bar spout. (m) repalcement of defective indicator lamps etc. (n) Checking of all moving parts for proper fuctioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. MakeCG/ABB/Alstom, Ariya, Kirloskar. Note : Service will be carried out through service engineer of manufacrture employee. No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servcing of VCB. Qty- 2 Scraping of old paint from the stablizer any type and capcity and paint of completestablizer by applyingtwo coat of synthetic enamelpaint of approved colour complete all as required at site or complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Qty-2
