Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m but n. exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specifed

S&F 35mm thick Flush Shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anodised aluminium frame powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, and partition of any type with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door,3 Nos hinges, tower bolts 2 Nos, aluminium sliding bolt 01 No and anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 1 universal type, aluminium (extruded section body) suitable for door shutters up to 700 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Size of grid 605 x 605 mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto-but to curved surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over item above for any sunk or curved moulding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of Brick work/PCC block masonry or Concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat OBD over a coat of chalk whitining primer of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F wall panelling made up of UPVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooh outer intergral skin having 100mm wide tounge and groove design with 10mm thickness of required shade, the internal batten having 35mm width and 17mm thickness, The batten aligned horizontally along the wall with 50mm gap above the floor and below the ceiling. The internal batten shall be fixed 450mm centre to centre in between junction and corners should be covered with foam beading profiles including providing 17mm thick EPS Sheet as insulation and better rigidity of wall panelling between wall and paneling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all coloures of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxident LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx20mm with 1mm thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP panels for a period of Five years. Make of ACP:- ALUPEX/ALUDECOR/ALSTRONG.

M&L Granules(Grit finish) textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer-in-charge, all complete. The above textured coating should conform to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476:Part 7:1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces complete all as specified. Make:- Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE.

M&L for 0.90 mm thick decorative laminates type-I, of surfaces finish, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Customizing and fabricating glow sign boards/letters consisting of 3mm thick ACP sheets fixing on MS angle, customizing and fabricating 300x75x50mm thermo plastic moulded reflective letters 15 Nos (CGOM ICGS VADINAR) in Time Roman style and providing LED lights with driver in each letter and fixing over ACP sheets as to maintain min 5mm gap in between letter and ACP sheets for shadow lights, 6 No's LED Down Lights of capacity 10W, Make-Wipro including wiring, control panels, DB's etc and LOGO of Size 3 feet x 3 Feet with lighting complete including dismantling of existing sign boards of any description and any size all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The size of Glow sign board shall be suitable to accomodate the letters and logo as detailed above

S&F Venition blinds of approved shade and size, mounted on aluminium rail of section of size 40mm x 25mm, having 100mm wide vertical strips and height as per window height made of fabric, jointed with main panel by means of pivot having 180 degree tiltings of strips and sliding arragements to full length of window on both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Vista Lavavor or equivalent

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
