Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced, complete all as specified.

Marble 14 to 16mm thick , green marble , (table rubbed and polished) for kitchen platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, all as specifiedand directed.

Mat finish (non skid), Premium class I grade, joint free, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured white tiles of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1.00mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm, all as specified.

Bib taps, long body15mm bore, fancy type Chromium Plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed , complete all as specified.

Wash basins, Vitreous China (Flat back type) size 550mmx400mm, crystal white with and including cutting for and pinning on ends of brackets, with PTMT coupling nuts at both ends, Union for discharge pipe, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper, waste pipe of polythylene of low or high density or PVC of 32mm dia including Pillar taps, 15mm bore cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot' or ‘Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, 32mm dia waste fittings, brass chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange and bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified. Angle valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete, all as specified.

PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75mm, all as specified.

Waste fittings, brass chromium plated 40mm dia for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed comlete all as specifide.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm 32mm bore for outlet pipe of WHB complete all as specifed.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm 40mm bore for outlet pipe of WHB complete all as specifed.

PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts at both end 600mm long and fixed , complete all as specified.

S & F in repair, Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms), complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete, all as specified

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Plate Rack made of stainless steel 0.60 mm thick, size 600mmx750mm, 250mm deep, fixed in poistion with plugs , washers and steel screwscomplete , all as specified.
