Preventive maintenance and regular check up of round the clock AC Plant (Chiller and DX Type) (24 Hrs running plant) chiller unit of any model with complete accessories, controlls comprising of compressors with standared fittings, electric motor with star delta starter of suitable capacity for 2 x 60 TR = 120 TR in operation and 1 x 60 TR as standby at Seaking simulator, INS Garuda operating on R-22, DX evaporator, shell and tube condenser, suitable expansion device, chilled water pumps -3 Nos, condenser water pump - 3 Nos. The entire system to be checked for every month interval up to contract duration and made serviceable in case of any defects observed during the routine check up for system for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Programming/ Software updatation of display panels shall be included in quoted rates (ii) Major spares for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant items (iii) Replacement of pump glands and minor repair costing upto Rs 500/- to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primary coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing GI pipes, supply , laying including welding, connecting and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete of medium grade with all fittings and fixtures laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc for 125mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending breakdown complaints pertains to higher side of various Central AC plant of any capacity as and when required by Ref-Mech and helper , with neccessary T&P for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments, complete and rectification of minor problems(solinoid failures,oil pressure/ oil/suction/discharge pressure re settings,sensor errors,compressor control panel resetting,replacement/resetting of transduser etc) to make the plant functional in all respect all as directed by the Engr- in-Charge. Note: Major spares shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for leak testing of chiller unit of capcaity upto 150 TR, by pressuring the unit with nitrogen gas as per OEM standards and hold for 8 hrs to check the pressure and flush out ntirogen gas and charging of refrigerant of required quantity after arresting the leak or capping the condenser/chiller tubes if necessary. The chiller shall kept in operation for 8 hrs and ensure there is no pressure drop and all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note :- The refrigerant gas and nitrogen gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
