M/o W/s (Two Years Annual Cleaning and Repairing of UGR in Network-76 and 77) Noida.

Cleaning of UGR I/c removal of algas, fungous sand, scrubbing with wire bush narial rassi, sweeping with jharu to give a clear surface, washing of floors and walls inside the tank I/c washing of vertical walls and columns, spraying on the inside of tank walls and ceiling non- tosic, boidegrodable anti- bacterial agent licence form food and drugs administration (FDA) and certified by Govt. approval laboratory for non-toxicity of anti bactirial for tank clening as per OECD guideline 432 Dec'01 (Necessary certificate should be attached).

A) Mechanical Dewatering

B) The desilting and removal of dirty water and mud with mud removal pump.

C) Cleaning of walls, ceilling and floord by high pressure water jet. The help of eqquipment which create a pressure of 100 to 150 Bar with anti bacterial agent license from food and drugs administration (FDA) disinfecting the tank from all harmful bacteria, Fungi, Algae & Protozoan the active ingredint shall be Banzalkkonnium Chloride solution IP 4% W/V. or Equivalent Similer compound as per the direction & approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

D) Desilting and removal of leftover dirty water and slude with sludge removal pump.

E) Spraying on the inside of tank walls and ceiling non-toxic, biodegradable anti- bacterial agent certified by Govt. approval laboratory to disinfect the tank with dosing as per OECD guideline 432 Dec'01 (Necessary certificate should be attached)

F) Treatment of inside of tank walls ceiling by exposing to Ultra Violet radiation to kill further suspended or floating bacteria ig any.

P/F Stainless Steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. i/c welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work i/c hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.
