BUILDING WORK

Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery etc complete as diredted by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour (Unskilled Mulia) for tree cutting and clearing tree branches including cost of all complete as diredted by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work filling with excavated earth carrying from outside by mechanical means with a lead up to 5 K.M. including breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm in sizes and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Eartwork excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, watered and rammed including cost, conveyance & royality of materials complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm size H.G. metal including cost, conveyance & royality of mayerials complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Masonry work with Flyash Bricks having crushing strength between 75kg/sq.cm twith dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in C.M. (1:6) in F & P including cost conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) for brick masonary including cost, conveyance & royality of materials complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and applying of approved quality 2 coat wheather paint over a coat of primer outer side finishing area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
