| 1REPAIRS TO STEEL FURNITURES:- General Note to all items mentioned below: The repairs to furniture items shall be done in accordance with BOQ, particular Spn and drawing. The exact dimensions of furniture shall favourably be matched after the repair work, single item of furniture may require multiple BOQ items for completing the entire repair works. However while doing the repair work any small repair work which are essential for the repair work shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted to get the furniture in its original design and dimensions. | 1.09 | Material and labour for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth. One coat of Hammer tone paint to be done as per shade approved in each item shall be applied externally and internally to each article after applying and drying one coat of metal primer.
