Disposal of moorum / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading in areas with in a lead of 5km in FACT CD premises in for all lifts, complete as per directions of EiC.

Earth work in excavation in open areas (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm (M2) on plan) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all kinds of soil, for lifts up to 1.5m from existing ground level, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal with in a lead of 50m as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Chipping and removing weak concrete at the top of RCC piles to the cut off level in line and levels carefully, manually /mechanically without damaging the remaining portion of pile and exposing the reinforcement, cleaning the reinforcement off any loose concrete particles and removing the debris to places pointed out within the project premises as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
Charges for empty boring through various strata to the required diameter of pile specified in the Item above, clearing the area, collecting, conveying and disposal of muck of all types such as liquid, fluid, solid and spoil earth, as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (The muck will be treated as owned by the contractor and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose the muck without causing environment damage with necessary permission from the concerned authority and consultant / client to be informed well in advance on the disposal methodology before starting the work) including hire charges for tools and plants, rigs, cost of labour, etc. complete for all depth. The GRP material shall be fire retardant meeting ASTM E84 Class A with Flame Spread less than or equal to 25 & Smoke Density ±200 and UV resistant meeting ASTM G154 with flexural strength not reducing by more than 7% on accelerated UV radiation exposure.
Supplying and fixing chemical anchor bolts of HILTI or equivalent etc for anchoring the structural members to existing concrete column/beam as per manufactures specification. etc. complete to lines and levels at all levels with 12mm dia bolts (HIT-V Threaded rod or equivalent) fixed with Re500 V4 adhesive of HILTI or equivalent.
Providing 50mm thick bitumen sand mix with bitumen of grade VG -30 and clean river sand (120kg. bitumen/cum (M3) of sand) over a tack coat (total industrial asphalt to be used at 62.5kg /10sqm (M2) of surface (including 2.5 kg/10sq.m. of tack coat) including all charges for cleaning the surfaces, heating bitumen, mixing, laying, consolidating, finishing, etc. complete.
Boring in rock, including working in or under water and / or liquid mud, in foul conditions and pumping or bailing out of water and removing slush, including disposal of earth/ rock / slush etc. for all leads and all lifts, including preparing, providing and re-circulating bentonite slurry in the trench as and when required for all depths, including agitating bentonite slurry during trenching etc., upto the required depth of socketing as specified in GFC drawings.
