Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates size 63mm to 45 mm (Sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) grading-II(75 mm Consolidated thickness) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel for grading II &III @ 0.22 cum per ten square meter and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( Zero point zero eight cubic meters) per ten Sqm ( ten square meters) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD techanical specification clause no 405 and as per directions of Engineer in charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. (Zero decimal eight five Kilogramme) per Square metres using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502, and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the Rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
