M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) in patches n. exc 3 Sqm each mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm thick, second class hard wood planks, planed one side with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in platform of transmitter tower, floorsd of watch tower etc complete including dismantling timber boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed. Location : Steel towers of Transmitter Area (Height of towers up to 20 mtrs). Note : Contractor shall arrange necessary scaffolding to acess height of tower (if required) the cost of all included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any descriptions exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed. Location : Steel towers of Transmitter Area (Height of towers up to 20 mtrs). Note : Contractor shall arrange necessary scaffolding to acess height of tower (if required) the cost of all included in quoted rate.

Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running railsand guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Location : Steel towers of Transmitter Area (Height of towers up to 20 mtrs). Note : Contractor shall arrange necessary scaffolding to acess height of tower (if required) the cost of all included in quoted rate.

S&F 8 mm thick Mild Steel plates in platforms of steel towers, wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc all as specified and as directed. Location : Steel towers of Transmitter Area (Height of towers up to 20 mtrs). Note : Contractor shall arrange necessary scaffolding to acess height of tower (if required) the cost of all included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Location: Steel towers of Transmitter Area (Height of towers up to 20 mtrs). Note : Contractor shall arrange necessary scaffolding to acess height of tower (if required) the cost of all included in quoted rate.

M&L for safely binding of existing nylon bird netting with thin nylon thread at height exc 10mm but n.exc 15m complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Contractor should ensure safety of worker and also arrange mechanical hydraulic ladder/ scaffolding/ manually operated ladder etc. and cost of all included in quoted rate. (ii) Location : Building No P/992.

M& L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath/ hard standing and fimishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete including demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Material and labour for making operational manually operarted hangar door of size 5.12 Mtr x 9.98 Mtr (W x H) approx per leaf, hangar door is mounted on wheel track, make wheels track operational by cleaning the track and removal of all dust/ soil and disposed off at 50 m distance incl. necessary welding if required to maintain the alignment of wheels with track on both top and bottom side of track including material required if any like angle, Tee, MS flats, hollow section etc, including painting to new items to match with existing, oiling/ greasing completely all as per site requirement and making operational all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (I) Contractor should arrange necessary Scaffolding (if required) to acces the height of hangar door and cost of scaffolding shall be included in Quoted rate. (ii) Location : Building No P-1025 and P-1026

110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down of existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.
