Landscape Work
SITE CLEANING, SOIL RESTORATION AND EARTHWORK
Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).
Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.
Fine dressing of the ground
Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
SOFTSCAPE AND PLANTING
Good Garden Soil Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment
Cow Dung Manure Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).
Grassing
Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.
Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).
Shrubs, Hedges and Ground Cover Plantation
Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)

PLANT MATERIAL
Supply of Trees - well developed, well branched crown - 4-6 branches each having 4-5 leaves, well developed, in 12" pot or polybag, disease free. Trees shall be large size nursery grown trees pruned during growth to produce a tight well rounded head and a straight stem clear of leaves or twigs. Trees shall be at least two years old, as certified by the nursery. Trees shall be 70-100 mm circumference stem when measured 1.0m from ground level and shall have a clear straight stem of minimum 1.2m. The head shall be well balanced and rounded and contain at least four main branches with a well-developed secondary branch system and a defined central leader that has not been pruned, giving an overall height of 1.5m at the time of planting. Pruning at the time of removal from the nursery will not be permitted. In dry weather conditions, trees are to be sprayed with approved Anti-transpirant. Rootball dimensions : diameter 750mm x 750mm deep minimum. Supply shall include labour & equipment cost of loading, unloading, transport to site, storage & stacking within site in area protected from dust .

Piling Work
Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct Mud Circulation (DMC) or Bailer and Chisel Technique by Tripod and Mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary / TMR / Tubewell Boring Machine shall not be used. : DIA 450.
Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer incharge: Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall be carried out by Dynamic Method of Testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-Charge Single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity.
Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer incharge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall be carried out by Dynamic Method of Testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne safe capacity pile.
Excavation
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed all as per the drawing, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Close timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete. Granular Sub-Base with Well Graded Material (using jhama brick aggregate) (Table:- 400.1) A. By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (Jhama Brick Aggregate, as per Table:- 400.1, Grading-I), spreading in uniform layers with tractor with attachments or motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, applying and brooming sand to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 401 ( Below Paver block).

Plain Saucer drain (Channel drain) : concrete Saucer drain as per approved 300 x 600 mm size and pattern in drawing including tarnsportation cost with installation at site as per Engineer-in-charge .
MS Work Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including supply of all materials, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required all as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood wall cladding at all height with planks of sizes 10mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), with necesasary profiled edges fixed with 40mm SS screws 5 nos in each tile to frame work made of local teak wood of size 20x15 mm in centre of each tile and bottom and top of work height, 40x15mm placed at ends of each tile. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam of density 40kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under cladding. Supplying and laying Ovilite Grass Track Grass Pavers , Green honeycomb panels with self anchoring pegs, made of high impact resistant HDPE .
