Design and Construction ,testing and commissioning of water Treatment plant 5.33MLD for 16 hrs run :- Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 5.33 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements. Cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all Mechanical , Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby Nallah/Khud/Natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at Village ballah ( Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, Electronic flow meter, flash mixer, Clariflocculator, Rapid Sand Filter, Chlorination, back wash tank, Alum & Lime solution Tanks and complete mixing arrangement
and boundary wall with fencing Panels. Bleaching powder solution chlorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel, interconnecting path ( Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units,back wash units with pumping sets and air compressures including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office,/automation room, room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all Electrical/ Mechanical equipments, Proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development ( GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant codes and specifications. All the hydraulic structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet Chapter No. 1 & technical specification No. 1. All the structure shall be designed for up lift pressure encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. Sector storage tanks - Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) within all leads and lifts.
Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint:- In grating, framed, guards bars, ladders,railing, brackets & similar works within all leads and lifts.
Supply and fixing galvanised steel barbed (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighting 9.38Kg. Per 100 meter5s minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (Posts and struts) of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for separately) within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(One cement : five Sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm moninal size) with 15% plums & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining/wall & Beast/walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm, as per HPPWD specification as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement :Four sand : Eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc.and the like.
Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipe for weephole complete within all leads and lifts.
Boulder filling behind the retaining wall /under lean concrete to prevent the entry of suface water within all leads and lifts .
Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning he usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts (Excluding restoration of mattelled surfaces as concrete surface to its original condition) and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM:- Providing ,Laying,jointing & testing of screwed and socketted Galvanised Mild steel tube of followind diametre of approved make by JSV HP (list attached) conforming to BIS 1239-2004 ( with upto date ammendements ) of following diameter and class including all specials and fittings as required complete as per actual site condition with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. The pipe shall be factory galvanized as per IS: 4736-1986 (with up to date ammendements) ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separatel ) ( Data Sheet No.3)

Providing, Laying , jointing & testing of bevelled ended G.I.pipe with 94% butt welded joints &6% flanged where ever required by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness)and testing of G.I.pipe make of following dia meters confirming to IS-1239-1990 (part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints of every XIth pipe duly welded in three layers (two inner one outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding, lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe.
The welding electrodes shall be as per IS-814 of Advani Orelikon/L&T of ISI marked make. The damagted portion of the pipes (if damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tube shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flusing, cleaning & hydraulic testing of pipes, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.( The cost of earth work in trenches, Providing and laying including nut & bolts, welding of flanges, gasket will be measured and paid for separately)

Providing,laying, jointing and testing of zinc coated MSERW with circumferential flanged joint by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) of following diamters & wall thickness confirming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 of steel grade L-210 or A latest upto date amendments and capable of with standing required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 meters, including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding of every flanged joint duly welded in three layers( two inner one outer) and all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. and lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and other specials (if damaged during laying, jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube,

Providing and welding M.S flanges at suitable point, conforming to following tables as per IS: 6392-1971 ( Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GMS/MSERW pipe in requisite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof. The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS: 1364. including cost of gasekt sheet nuts and bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
