Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from excavation or borrow pits with in all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and completed to meet requirement to table 300.1 & 300.2 as per MORD technical specification clause 301 and 1603.5 including hauling of material with all lead and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including Royality , Malkana, Octrai toll tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and toe walls etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm (Nine Hundred millimeter) diameter ISI marked reinforced cement concrete Light duty non pressure pipes I.S class NP-2 as per design for culverts on type ‘A’ (concrete cradle) bedding of M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete in single row including providing and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification as clause 1106 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size) for plain cement concrete and curing complete up to all heights/depth including the cost of form work in Parapets and the like etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in solid causeway and Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming crushable screening such as moorum or gravel for Grading-II at the rate of 0.22 (zero point two two) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimeter) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading and in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing motor grader, rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic meter) per ten square meter of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading-III as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness, composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter) premixed with bitumen binder VG-Grade-10 (Ten) at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square metre of road surface, laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher with sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller finished to required level and grades complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 506 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square meter) of road surface heated in hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of boulder apron Gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four millimeter) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx100mm (One hundred millimeter into one hundred millimeter) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (Ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (Forty kilogramme) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1301 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
