Earth work in surface excavation in all kind of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 1.05 Km m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Supplying and filling of coarse river sand of approved quality in foundations, plinths, under floors, trenches, pavements etc., including leveling, watering, ramming, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:2:3½:9 (1 ordinary Portland cement : 2 Fly ash : 3½ Coarse sand : 9 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering/ shuttering, leveling, ramming, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Ash will be supplied by the department free of cost at CPP, DFA silo area. Transportation cost will be borne by the contractor)
Providing and laying 40mm thick plain cement concrete flooring of grade 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement, laid in panels, to maintain required level and slope including provisions of chequered finishing, curing etc., all complete as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) grade Reinforced cement concrete for all the works with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of 43 grade, using cementious content as 400 kg with cement fly ash ratio of 80:20 (80% cement : 20% fly ash, fly ash available free of cost at plant but transporting by contractor) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 320kg/cum, including transportation, centering/ shuttering, making openings wherever required, finishing, compacting, leveling, curing etc excluding the cost of reinforcement which will be paid separately under relevant item etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ ZINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing, hoisting and fixing of pre-cast reinforced cement concrete covers/ slabs including the cost of reinforcement with 10mm dia HYSD bars @ 150mm c/c, including shuttering, finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surface with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including transporting, placing, compacting, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) proportion over brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound for external plaster in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying half brick masonry with Fly ash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Repairing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size), by using the available stones in foundations and plinth including removing the damaged portions of RR masonry, cleaning the clinging mortar on stones, disposing the debris, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Existing stones to be used for repairs.
Demolishing Brick Masonry/ RR Masonry/ Concrete work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking the serviceable materials, handing over to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and stacking of Ordinary Portland Cement of 43 Grade of approved make to the sectional stores when ever required inside the plant site including transportation etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing 'HOE' (Excavator cum dozer) for miscellaneous works inside the plant boundary at different locations as and when required including all operational cost etc., as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Disposal of excavated earth, concrete debris, wooden pieces, brick pieces, waste materials etc., in the designated area in 2.83 cum capacity tractor (2.0 cum net qty) within plant premises as per the instructions by the Engineer in Charge.
Assistance for Repair/ Routine maintenance of Masonary/ Carpentry/ Plumbing and other miscellaneous works on daily basis as and when required, including all tools and tackles required to complete the jobs of above nature and insurance to the workers etc., as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: 1) One helper (Unskilled) shall be deployed on duty as and when required based on Job along with tools & tackles and materials will be supplied by the department free of cost. 2). Assistance by One helper will be considered as one lot and each lot consists of eight hours duty.
Repair and Maintenance of carpentry works (Wooden/ Aluminum/ Steel) such as repair of doors, windows, furnitures, door closures, locks, glass panes, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes etc., and any other similar nature of works by engaging minimum required carpenters including all tools and tackles required to complete the jobs of above nature with insurance to the workers etc., as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1). One carpenter (Skilled) shall be deployed on duty as and when required based on Job along with tools & tackles and materials will be supplied by the department free of cost. 2). Each lot consists of eight hours duty.
Providing and fixing Anodized aluminum (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including providing & fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid separately under relevant item) Note : Work shall be guaranteed for one year for smooth operation.
Rework and fixing of aluminum sections for doors, windows and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections (using available Aluminum sections and retrieved from dismantling), including providing & fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including dismantling/ Removing of existing aluminum work if required etc., all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid separately under relevant item)
Providing, cutting, hoisting, welding and fixing in position Structural steel work in built-up sections, trusses and framed work made with Channels/ Angles/ Tubes, plates, Sq.bars, including welding to the existing frames, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete at all heights with necessary scaffolding arrangements, safety appliances etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing 12 mm thick exterior grade quality prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type II, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Renewing Float glass panes with putty and nails/ Glazing clips wherever necessary at all heights with necessary scaffolding arrangements including racking out the old putty, removing & disposing of broken glass pieces, arranging safety appliances etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers ,all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing CP brass bib cocks of approved quality confirming to IS standard and weighing not less than 450 gm 15mm nominal bore including all manpower, tools, tackles including removal of existing brass bib cocks and handing over to sectional stores complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing in position white vitreous china WC pan suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalent and quality with 100mm cPVC 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting the water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and including removal of old WC pans, Handed over to college authorities, disposal of the same to dumping yard with a lead of 1.0km etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.a) Indian Orissa type WC pan of size 580 mm x400mm front or back inlet with 100 mm dia cPVC "P" or "S" trap conforming to IS:2556.b) 10 lit. low level white PVC flushing cistern of parryware slimline or equivalent with manually controlled device, PVC flush bend pipe conforming to IS 7231; with all fitting and fixtures brackets and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design complete including cutting and making good the walls wherever required. c) Setting WC pan in CC 1:5:10 including making necessary connection to soil pipes etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.d) Providing and fixing in position 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.781 etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer
Providing and inserting 5mm dia PVC nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (6 mm to 8mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and injecting Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of of make fosrac/sika or other approved make( @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight cement consumed )
providing all tools and tackles manpower materials and fixing (concealed) G.I pipes of class B confirming to IS:1239, with ISI mark embossed of M/s.TATA make with GI fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls, painting with 2 coats of bitumastic paint to the concealed pipe and synthetic enamel paint for exposed pipe line etc complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer.
