Supply and fix in repair aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3.15 mm complete with new porcelain insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm complete with new porcelain insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm complete with new porcelain insulator by means of screws of suitable size for isolation of strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on the roof including all fittings, fixtures and provision of PCC block using cement concrete 1:2:4 Mix, type B-1, of size 100mm x 100mm x 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Allas per item No 04 here in before but copper rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F test point termininal box made up of heavy grade PVC material size 93 x 93 x 62 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia long hex. Head screw and 70mmx50mmx6mm 4 way copper test point complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F busbar insulator (saddel ) porcelain / synthatic type 40mm dia x 20mm high x 12mm by replacement of old one with new insulator including drilling on any surface and fixing with suitable size of screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised tubing light grade 40 mm dia complete with all accessories buried under floor , or on wall all as directed for earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches/ Walls/floor High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 65MM dia as a protection of earth strip laid in trenches or fixing on wall , ISI marked with fitting such as clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, including providing earthhencing compound. The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earthhencing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. including testing on completing, connected to copper earth lead 32x6mm (copper strip) upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to and including phosphor bronze or copper strip 50x6mm 70mm long 3way test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (AMP) not less than 4 KG per Sqm funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm dia bore (GI Medium grade), PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing including GI protection pipe 40mm dia medium grade for earthing lead including demolition of old unservicable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing copper chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of 90 x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead 32 x 6mm (copper strip) upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to and including phosphor bronze or copper strip 32x6mm 70mm long 3way test in PVC Junction box point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (AMP) not less than 4 KG per Sqm funnel with wire mesh, PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc.The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. Supply and installation & testing of fast copper earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of 3 mtr long copper pipe of diameter 76 mm. There should be terminal for connection of 20x3 mm of copper strip with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 50x 6 mm copper strip at top connected to copper earth lead 50 x 6mm (copper strip) upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel,onnected to and including phosphor bronze or copper strip 50x6mm, 70mm long 3way test in PVC Junction box alongwith 4 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earthhencing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. The FAST ELECTRODE shall be dully tested & Certified by CPRI (Central Power Reserch Institution), Govt of India for a suitable minimum short circuit current for 1 second with initial pick of suitable KA. The Fast ELECTRODE shall be approved by CPRI, ERDA/NABL Lab complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new IDENTIFIER/MARKER madeout of preferably metalic of size 30cm x 20cmx 6mm thick metalic board fixed by means of two Nos of rivets on metalic strip of size 70cm long x 3cm x 8mm thick and coloured with following colour coading to identifie. a) For Chemical Earth pits -RED colour b) For conventional earth pits-YELLOW colour. Identification mark should be embosed on plate with following letters. c) LIGHTNING ARRESTER - LA (Ovel shape) d) EQUIPMENT EARTH - EQ(Trangular shape) e) SIGNAL EARTH - SG(Dome shape) f) POWER SUPPLY EARTH- PS(Square shape) Height of the Identifier should be 60cm above the ground level complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out earthing Strip laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point complete all as specified and directed.
