Engaging project management consultancy for shifting of fire fighting pump house to new location adjacent to the present location by about 25 mtrs for reducing distance of suction head at WQ IV Chennai Port Authority under two cover system

The details of work of Project Management Consultancy is as follows: i) To prepare Technical feasibility report. ii) To prepare detailed project report. iii) To preparing BOQ for Civil works (Construction of Pump house, Pump set beds etc.,) and for Mechanical and Electrical works. iv) To supervise Installation of Fire Fighting pumps of capacity 75 HP Electrical motor driven pump - 1 no., 80 HP Diesel engine driven pump - 1 no., and 1 no 7.5 HP jockey pump will be supplied by ChPA. v) To prepare detailed layout drawings for pumps and pipelines, Electrical and for construction of pump room. vi) To prepare and submit the estimate with basis for preparation of the Estimate vii) To assist ChPA in inviting Tenders, scrutiny and finalization of tender and award of work. viii) To assist ChPA in supervision of subject execution work and installation of Fire fighting pumps supplied by ChPA till completion of work and issue of completion certificate.

To get necessary statutory clearance from the state fire services.
