Supply, installation. connecting electrically & commissioning HT 11 KV outdoor type switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with insulators 12 Nos 400 Amps rating and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism consisting of operating rod 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50mmx6mm including MS channel of suitable size length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & Fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 20mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lighting Arresters Metal oxide type, distribution class with all fittings arrangements suitable to 11000 volts grade and discharge capacity 12 KV/10KA with and incuding lighting counter and cable of sutable size and core from lightning arrestor to ligting counter complete all as specified & directed.
Supply of 11KV Extensible Outdoor duty (IP 55 enclosure) SF6 gas insulated 3way motor operated Ring Main Unit comprising of 1 nos. 630 Amps Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incomer and 2nos. 630 Amps Load Break Switch as outgoing , cable termination from the front, breaking capacity 21KA/3sec (Internal Arc Classification AFLR 21kA-1sec with Bottom Exhaust both for tank and cable box as per IEC 62271-200), enclosed in insulated welded stainless steel tank having IP67 Degree of Protection, leak rate of SF6 gas less than 0.1% annually and tested as per IEC 60056/60694/60298. Protection CTs shall be ring core type, complete all as specified and directed. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection, it should be Top Opening Canopy type, Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. Both the Load break switch and Breaker should have line side earth switch. Make of RMU : SIEMENS (8DJH-ST)/ SCHNEIDER (FBX) / ABB (SafePlus- XT)/L&T.
(A) NOTE:- Other details:- System Particulars: (i) Nominal System Voltage : 11kV. (ii) Voltage variation on supply side : ±10 %. (iii) Corresponding Highest System Voltage: 17.5kV. (iv) Frequency : 50 Hz with ± 3 % tolerance. (v) Number of Phase : 3 Phases. (vi) Neutral earthling : Solidly earthed. (vii) Fault level (minimum) kA /Sec : 21/3). (viii) Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage (kVp) : 95 (ix) One minute dry/wet power frequency withstand voltage primary (kV rms) : 38KV (x) Rated Dynamic Withstand Current (kAp) : 52.5KA. (xi) Number of Short Circuit Operations at rated short circuit current of 21 kA 3 second for Breaker - 50 Nos. (xii) Earth switch should have 5 closing operation at short circuit current (making operations E2 class) independent of breaker. Earth switch manual closing shall be driven by a fast acting / snap action mechanism, independent of operator and VCB action. (xiii) Side and rear cable entry is not acceptable, all operation, interlock, cable terminations and door shall be front side only.
(B) Applicable Standards for this RMU scope of work - IEC 62271-200. (i) The Ring Main Units shall conform to the latest applicable, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-200. (ii) All live parts, bus bars, shall preferably be enclosed in non- magnetic and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade SS441 of minimum 2 mm thickness. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/1 sec AFLR with Bottom Exhaust for Safety of Personnel for both Tank as well as Cable Compartment as per IEC62271 200. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection for complete switchgears, however it should be Top Opening Canopy & Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. The protection relay shall be for 3 O/C + 1E/F (IDMT Type) Self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set of over current and earth fault , MODBUS communication along with RS 485 Port / USB Port. (iii) Internal Arc Classification should be with Bottom exhaust only. RMUs should be manufactured, inspected, and invoiced from the OEM factory. (iv) Wireless Temperature & climatic sensor should be provided, Thermal Sensors to be mounted in Cable chamber on each function on cable termination and one number of wireless climatic sensor to be mounted on RMU at suitable location to monitor temperature and humidity data on HMI though PLC. (v) VCB, Numerical Relay, HMI, FRTU and Thermal / climatic sensor should be of same make for better functioning, maintenance, and coordination.
(C) Air Insulated Bus Connected Unit comprising the following, (1) Air Insulated enclosure with necessary bus connection via bushing. VT’s from the manufacturer and according to IS 3156 shall be accepted. (2) 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3; 50VA class 0.5. Single phase bus PT for metering. (3) 11KV/230V AC, 1KVA control transformer – Optional is Aux supply at site is not available. (4) MFM – EM 6400 NG Class 0.5 for each Incomer. (5) Metering CT in respective Function’s Cable Compartment in RMU XX/1A, Class 0.5, 2.5 VA. (D). Accessories :- (1) Antireflex operating handle. (2) Battery 24V DC , 12Ah. (3) Battery charger (I/P 230V AC, O/P - 24V DC). (4) Manometer with remote contact. (E) FRTU per RMU should be provided with provision to send data on SCADA.

M&L for Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole all as site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 X 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

(iii) Internal Arc Classification should be with Bottom exhaust only. RMUs should be manufactured, inspected, and invoiced from the OEM factory. (iv) Wireless Temperature & climatic sensor should be provided, Thermal Sensors to be mounted in Cable chamber on each function on cable termination and one number of wireless climatic sensor to be mounted on RMU at suitable location to monitor temperature and humidity data on HMI though PLC. (v) VCB, Numerical Relay, HMI, FRTU and Thermal / climatic sensor should be of same make for better functioning, maintenance, and coordination.
(C) Air Insulated Bus Connected Unit comprising the following, (1) Air Insulated enclosure with necessary bus connection via bushing. VT’s from the manufacturer and according to IS 3156 shall be accepted. (2) 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3; 50VA class 0.5. Single phase bus PT for metering. (3) 11KV/230V AC, 1KVA control transformer – Optional is Aux supply at site is not available. (4) MFM – EM 6400 NG Class 0.5 for each Incomer. (5) Metering CT in respective Function’s Cable Compartment in RMU XX/1A, Class 0.5, 2.5 VA. ? (D). Accessories :- (1) Antireflex operating handle. (2) Battery 24V DC , 12Ah. (3) Battery charger (I/P 230V AC, O/P - 24V DC). (4) Manometer with remote contact. ? (E) FRTU per RMU should be provided with provision to send data on SCADA.
